Returns & Exchanges

At iBrush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
